SDZ285428 inhibits Trypanosoma brucei (TB) CYP51 with I/E2 <1 (5 min) and I/E2=35 (1 h)[1].Specific inhibition of protozoan CYP51 can potentially provide treatment for human trypanosomiases[1].[1].
